Three Field Renovation for Gordon/Rushville American Legion, Gordon, Nebraska
All American did a full overhaul of the legion baseball field and upgraded the 2 youth fields in Gordon, Nebraska. We placed and laser graded 3” of Natracil Stabilized Red Infield Mix on the two youth infields as well as installing 3 pitching rubbers, 1 homeplate, and 3 sets of base anchors.
The Legion field was a bit more complex. We removed 2” of subgrade material to allow 3.5” of Natracil Stabilized Red Infield. We did a lip repair of the entire right side of outfield arc, 3rd base line, & entire pitchers circle. Then we tied in grade with new grade of infield and replaced all of the sod. We also installed and laser graded 3.5” of Natracil Stabilized Red Infield on entire field, rolled the infield and added in ProsChoice Red Conditioner. Our mound clay was used to rebuild the game mound and install batter/catcher boxes. To finish it off, we installed and laser graded Warning Track around outfield fence.
